Yay! Also, you can stream select Criterion Collection films via the Internet for $5 a rental! How awesome is that?! You can’t even do that on Netflix - at least on a Mac you can’t.  And, if you decide you want to own the DVD the price of your rental will be applied to your purchase. I’m obsessed with director commentaries and Criterion Collection DVDs always have the best! Well, I guess I know what I’ll be doing following my holiday turkey-induced coma… Thanks Kienan. The new site is pretty rad, though Netflix does now allow for instant streaming on Macs (although not for most, if not all, of the Criterion releases). The thing I’m most excited for though are Criterion’s new Blu-ray transfers. Robinson Crusoe on Mars on Blu-ray? Yes, please.
