Pros:
- I will be able to leave work by 2:30ish daily
Cons:
- At work by 7 (awake by 5:30)
- More responsibilty
- No raise
I don’t think that’s considered a promotion. I believe it’s likened more to a schedule rearrangement and proverbial slap in the face.
