The unimportance of product names →
Don’t waste too much time on picking a perfect name for your product. It doesn’t matter very much.
One thing we learned early on talking to Basecamp customers: Many of them didn’t even know that the app was called Basecamp. They called it “GroupHub” or “ProjectPath” because that was their project URL. Didn’t stop them from using it (or paying for it) though.
And what about picking a name...

Superheroes to Answer to Whedon →
Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and the Incredible Hulk will soon start taking orders from Joss Whedon.
Marvel Studios is wrapping up a deal for Whedon to helm “The Avengers,” which assembles the superheroes in one pic that Paramount Pictures will release on May 4, 2012. Whedon will also rework Zak Penn’s script.
I’m really excited for this.
